This plant care cart is straight forward in design and extremely suitable for carrying out work at heights. Plant activities like topping, pruning and turning can be realized perfectly from the JBL cart.
The JBL cart has CE markings, ensuring a safe environment. Should the cart however (despite this stability) deviate from the vertical, an alarm will emit an acoustic signal. The control switches can be moved and from every working position the cart can be controlled, easily and safe.
Even for the initial activities the JBL cart can be employed because of the low step of 45 cm. above the ground surface. The platform is also adjustable from 60 cm to 300 cm above the ground surface. The supports for the platform can be dismantled with the second support only being required at 220 cm.
The JBL cart can be used in every greenhouse. Since each order is mounted separately, the cart is suitable for the most common pipe gauges and tuberail sizes.
Characteristics of the JBL Cart
- The movements of the JBL cart over the central path and the turning into the next path are very simple due to the addition of a central wheel. (optional)
- The JBL cart has a speed range of 0 – 3.2 km/h continuously adjustable. The complete control panel is portable allowing the cart to be operated from every position required.
- The JBL cart is low-maintenance since few wear-sensitive parts have been used in its construction. Practically all parts are readily interchangeable.
- The batteries with a capacity of 200 Ah are user-friendly and have a long-life.
- The JBL cart is straightforward for the cultivator to assemble and dismantle. The ingenious attachment of the supports and the plug connections to the foot pedals are responsible for this.
